Motec Wheels

AVO Fahrzeugtechnik was founded in 1997 with its headquarters in Wachenheim and was dedicated to the development and distribution of special wheels for tuners, wholesalers and wheel manufacturers in Germany and other European countries.

The existing know-how was used to develop the new rim brand Motec, which was presented to the specialist audience for the first time at the Essen Motor Show in 2007. The basic idea of ​​this completely different brand is, on the one hand, to produce racing wheels for the highest racing classes and, on the other hand, to offer exclusive tuning rims. The extensive successes in Formula 4 and many touring car series, among others, speak for the success of the brand. The constant growth and increasing market presence led to the construction of the new technology and logistics center in 2013, which guarantees even better delivery availability.

Quality and design are the focus of all efforts so that the customer's needs are not only met, but also exceeded.

The demand for perfection is also part of the corporate philosophy of the Motec brand. The constant monitoring of the on-site production facilities, as well as extensive on-site quality controls, is not only a matter of course here, but also lived practice.

The high standards are also reflected in the fact that all Motec rims, with the exception of racing wheels, are tested by TÜV and partially certified by KBA and there is either a parts certificate or a general operating permit.

The basic idea of ​​the continuous improvement process is also reflected in the service. The Motec brand is sold by a team of rim specialists who ensure tailor-made and individual advice.

Production

The production of Motec aluminum rims takes place in modern production facilities using various casting processes according to the latest technological standards. Regular monitoring of the production facilities on site is a matter of course for us.

All production steps are subject to permanent and extensive quality controls. In addition to the QM systems approved by TÜV, all production companies also have DIN EN ISO 9001 or ISO/TS-16949.
